Having BaseHead Issues?

If a recent update seemed to cause the problem, then grab an older version first to compare to first to make sure that is what caused it.
If 100% confirmed, then try defaulting your preferences next.

Try deleting all your .settings files..  Otherwise known as a Prefs Wipe  
Many problems can be fixed by simply deleting all  these .settings files 

they are are all located HERE..

WINDOWS:
~\AppData\Roaming\basehead/

MACOS:
~/Library/Application Support/basehead/

If it doesn’t help, send use your User.log. Both Windows and macOS logs are located here…
~\Documents\basehead\User.log

Make sure to attach that log file to a Support Ticket.

 Where are the System Crash logs located?

PC USERS:

Windows users…also submit a .evtx file from your Windows Event Viewer if it is a crash issue:

Right Click Windows Logs/Applications and select “Save Selected Events” and attach this file to the ticket.

MAC USERS:

Apple Crash logs are located here…
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/   (where ~ refers to your Home directory).

along with theUser.log AND also send your Console output like below this when the crash occurred.
