It's on the Main Downloads page now with a full installer now.
A few more bug fixes are coming, but they will come down the auto-updater for the remainder of 5.2.
New fixes and changes are also listed on that page

If you are worried about borking your current version to test this one then just rename the current BaseHead.app to BaseHead 5.1.app before running the full installer.
