Other recent changes

Results & Taglist

  • Filter box everywhere — Imports, Groups and Collections roots each got a hover filter box for live-filtering huge lists
  • Taglist filter box — real-time filter across visible columns with an accent-colored clear button
  • Column show/hide — right-click a Taglist header to toggle columns; choice sticks across restarts
  • Editable Taglist columns — Pitch, Speed, In/Out Range, Solo and Extracted editable in the grid, saved back
  • Pitch slider sync — bottom pitch slider syncs to the selected Taglist row; drag updates live, saves on release
  • Channel extraction — channel extraction and Sum-to-Mono work from the Taglist tab, not just Results / node tree
  • Star-strip ratings — compact star strip in the Results row; rate without opening the detail panel
  • Multi-select Mash & Replace / Break Split — both accept multi-selection instead of one file at a time

Batch Renamer

  • Custom [fields] tokens — filename templates from any metadata field, not just the built-ins; write once, rename thousands
  • Multi-destination renaming — rename to multiple destination folders in one pass, useful for split deliverables
  • CTRL+A — fixed batch rename doing nothing (“0 of N renamed”) on CTRL+A; Select All now behaves like manual multi-select
  • Presets drawer — Presets slide in from the right as a drawer, larger text, per-preset rename, closes on apply

Database

  • Detect Duplicate Candidates — covered up top; find and prune near-duplicate records with safeguards. Read the KB
  • “Category not Search” — new operator: find records whose Category doesn’t match a term, without filtering the Search columns
  • Empty-search cap — empty searches respect the record limit even with a dimmed import, group or CloudPack; no accidental full-library loads

Waveform

  • Dim range selection — waveform dims around the range selection; what’s selected reads at a glance
  • Fade In / Out — fades on the “D” key command; non-destructive by default
  • Offline processing — Rehab-style functions (Normalize, Strip Gaps, Remove DC Offset, Gain, etc.) on the right-click menu; transfer out or overwrite in place. Read the KB
  • Split-channel order — .A1–.A16 array-mic files and _N / _0N sets cascade in true channel order across multi-track waveform, spotting and mashing

MIDI · DSS · PSE

  • MIDI filtering — filters on MIDI note routing; trim incoming CCs and notes, cleaner Learn behavior
  • DSS — TEAMS-side reconciling and database-registration keep tightening; latest LLS ships the fixes
  • PSE — quieter month, small polish rolled in with shared DSS reconciling work

Accessibility & platform

  • LinkedIn SSO — sign in and register with LinkedIn; no separate password
  • Long Path fix — Windows long-path edge case fixed in rescan and Open-Containing-Folder flows
  • A-Channel split detection — better detection of .A1/.A2 split-channel families across imports, spotting, transfer and mash
  • Windows ARM64 — covered up top; native ARM builds this month

Under the surface

  • Windows Thesaurus crash — the instant crash on Options › Thesaurus is gone; root cause was a build-config bug shipping Debug builds of dependencies. Whole Windows build is now Release — perf and stability win
  • Pro Tools spotting — processed transfers no longer embed our SNDM/NMIX chunks that could choke PT on import; Force Reference unaffected
  • Collections — collapse-all menu item plus a handful of fixes
  • Generator models — auto-update instead of going stale
TWEAKER · single-dot stereo slot drag — nudge one channel, keep the other pinned
TWEAKER · double-click Stage to pop it out to a floating window
TWEAKER · surround menu cleanup — Stems + Surround Mode as submenus
TWEAKER · panner flyout slider fill fix on re-open
AI Skill Preset right-click on a Results selection (Ultra)
User Thesaurus fix (thanks @James Hansen)
ADSR PITCH / FILTER panels condensed — inline sliders
