Install it first — it holds your seats and permissions.
Create users
Add each user and set their permission level — Admin, Curator, Editor, or Reader.
Build teams
Group users into teams — Dialog, Music Dept., SFX, etc.
Assign databases
Pick which shared DBs each team can see and connect to.
