OLD License Deposit Request

If you are not seeing an old license in your account ‘My Licenses’ dashboard, then fill out the form below.
and by Old License, we mean licenses that were purchased before the year 2021 when we didn’t have user accounts. If you purchased your license after 2021 then you are probably logged into the wrong account an have a second account with another email that your license is attached to, so try and sort that out first.

If you still can’t find, provide all the info below AND SOME and please be patient cuz it’s a manual process to dig thru old spreadsheets and the many shopping cart system we used in the past. Include a CmStick Serial number if you have one or pasted License .key file will also help.
