I just posted new official full installers for both platforms including the new CloudPack Manager/MarketPlace last night.

Also a new Product Page for the CPM is here also with some videos to watch n stuff  😉
Please tell everyone your know about our new Delivery/Streaming Platform to help get the word out!

Now that the CPM is out what's next your ask?
The CPM consumed 11 months of coding resources.  Not much at first, but the last 3 months 80% of resources were devoted to it putting other things on hold. So here's what I have planned next once the dust settles on this release that we have been wanting to get to also that many have asked for.

  • FTS:  Fulltext searching/word searching:  BaseHead's search mode has always been deep character searching to allow find SFX without spaces in them like many are that are older ex.  "MetalCarCrashImpact01.wav"  but modern libraries don't have character limits anymore so it's time to add an option to switch to word searching instead.  So this is top of the list.
  • Also high up the list will be the ability to add records to multiple 'Groups' and add files into existing 'Imports'
  • Ability to 'Expode Import' to view it's folder and drill down search inside it.  Basically this will be similar to the Browser Page but you can browse and search inside and get the advantages of a database at the same time.  Kind of like how Steinberg's MediaBay works.
  • VST Rack: improved preset system and drag and drop to rearrange VST's in the rack
  • User controllable License management, automatic licensing after orders  and cloud based licenses.  (So excited for this one.  Less emails Yay!)
  • and of course CPM fixes and additions based on user feedback and also take care of Support Tickets that are way overdue....hehe
  • Lot of cool stuff on the horizon as always.

First up though....a week off to recover from the 18+ hour days over the past weeks  😉
Thanks for supporting the BaseHead project guys!
