Support Plan Period

Hi All,

 

I purchased Basehead 5.0 Standard a little over a year ago, and then upgraded to Ultra in February. My support plan apparently has expired, which makes sense with 12 months passing since I purchased standard.

 

Am I not entitled to 12 months of support from the time that I upgraded to Ultra?

hey!

internal upgrades don't do any extension cuz they are just the price difference and a user could buy Lite and then 11 months later upgrade to Standard and then 11 months later upgrade to Ultra and that would be the same prices as Ultra in the end and they would get 34 months of support and upgrades.

See the reason why now?  hehe  😉
