All Activations for the FREE version are done from inside the running program. So after you install and launch it click ‘Use FREE Edition’Start Trial’ on the right side and walk thru the steps. Watch to two videos is recommended.

Once ‘Activated’ you will be able to see a FREE or TRIAL License from the Help/Licenses Menu Item.
