New PC BETA with lots more VST Rack improvements and features added.

• VST Rack Changes 80% complete now.
• Create ‘Import’ from Database window position fixed.
• Process Panel: Scrollviewer added
• Rename Panel: Scrollviewer added
• Marker Panel: Scrollviewer added
• New Key Command Shift+V to toggle VST Rack  ON/OFF
• VST Rack: Right Click to Copy/Paste and Remove Plugins added
