March comes in hot.
Pro Tools, REAPER and Premiere Pro all got serious upgrades. Voice Search ships. Mini artwork lands on the Results List. MIDI Triggering Round Robin arrives with three modes. Plus fifty other things we quietly fixed along the way.
Pro Tools
- New Spotting SDK — Major Spot to Track improvements, including mismatched sample rate handling. Reads PT session sample rate to correctly calculate IN/OUT points.
- Sync Points now transfer as regions in Pro Tools.
- Region spotting — “Force Ref.” mode now spots regions as well.
- ARM64 fix — Resolved a crash on Apple Silicon systems.
- Version check removed — stopped a bug causing crashes on some systems.
REAPER
- Sync Points spot as Snap Offsets (requires RPI plugin re-install from the full installer).
- Force Ref. support — RPI no longer copies all spotted files to the transfer path, so Force Ref. works when spotting to REAPER.
- RPI plugin update via full installer required.
Premiere Pro
- The basehead panel is now included in the full installer — stop using the old Adobe Marketplace version.
- Spot with Handles support added.
- 2026 version support added.
Voice Search.
Search your library by talking. A new Voice Search option uses your default microphone to find sounds hands-free — say “not,” “no,” or “without” to perform negative searches. Supports all 12 languages.
- Standard +Available on Standard and Ultra editions
- LanguagesAll 12 supported tooltip languages
- NegativesSay “not”, “no” or “without” to exclude terms
- InputUses your system default microphone
Mini Artwork on the Results List.
Album art thumbnails now display directly on the Results List — see the library at a glance without opening the Details Panel.
Disk-intensive on HDDs — if you’re not on an SSD, disable via Results List Options or right-click the column header.
Marker Panel: Bulk Auto-Detect.
Add markers in bulk with the new Detect Onsets function. Onset detection has been improved across the board, and TRIG markers are now visible while setting markers.
- Detect OnsetsOne click, markers in bulk across the selection
- ImprovedBetter accuracy on transients and dialog
- TRIG visibilityTRIG markers now visible while placing markers
MIDI Triggering Round Robin + Record Button Revamp.
Round Robin is here with three mode options — enabled by default when no TRIG marker is set and multiple CUE markers are found.
The Record button is now a split-button so its options are more discoverable. New option: send recordings directly to a Taglist when using a Transfer Path, so you can preview and delete bad takes fast.
