Collections Management Improvements

Hi!

I really deeply use Collections feature and would be great to improve management options of the items in it:
- Possiblity to move the position of the collections. (drag a collection up or down)
- Confirm window when you delete an item (collection, folder, file). with the option to "don't ask again until next restart" - This feature is requested in another topic
- Improve items drag an drop. I found really complicated sometimes moving a folder from a place to another.
