I can't find a way to play a sound by loop.only can loop selection.

The loop button toggles on/off looping capabilities for the loop region or selection.
Easy way to make a whole file loopable is to create a selection for the whole file then save a loop brace for this. This then allows selected files that are loopable to be looped while "one shots" never loop when browsed

@jasonaThis method is too complicated. Can there be a simple and direct function to switch a single file cycle with one key?

It's really not that complicated, this is how I do it personally as creating a loop marker within a file separates loopable files from one-shots.
You would have to raise a feature request for this.
