Is there any way to disable the accidental waveform zooming with the magic mouse's scroll wheel? Also, I have checked/enabled the 'Disable Waveform Zoom' option.

What you are changing is not the "Waveform Zoom" but the "Waveform Gain" which is adjusted using the mouse wheel on a normal mouse. Not a user of a "magic mouse" so no idea how it works but the function is not able to be disabled as it usually requires a specific movement of the scroll wheel so is not usually accidentally adjusted.
