cloud.key are supported in basehead 2021.6 and higher.   

please extend your Maintenance Plan firdt so you can use CloudBased Licenses

I would suggest to open a support ticket and please make sure to attach your debug log: 

../Documents/BaseHead 5.x/Debug.log

Also, have you activated your license and downloaded the cloud key file and placed it in ../Documents/BaseHead 5.x/Licenses ?

Cloud licenses cannot be activated

I changed other computers and still can't activate the cloud. Is it my account background problem.

BASEHEAD2022.02.04    Sometimes it doesn't work on Windows 10. I don't know if it's my computer or?

Can you pleased try this again, we believe we fixed an issue on the website that affected some users. Let us know if you still have issues activating a cloud key.
